The Story

Jelonet is an open-weave gauze-based Tulle Gras dressing, featuring a low adhesion. When the dressing is moulded by the gauze's interlocking threads, fraying is avoided and the dressing's integrity is preserved.

To prevent user injury and promote comfort, non-medicated Jelonet dressings are used as the first layer of wound contact with paraffin to diminish adherence to the surface of a granulating lesion.
