The Story

Medihoney Antibacterial Wound Gel has been created by blending 80% Medihoney Antibacterial Honey with waxes to create a high viscosity gel which is easy to apply, whilst also having good wash off properties to aid dressing changes.

It provides an antibacterial environment that is effective against a wide range of microorganisms, even those resistant to antibiotics. Medihoney Antibacterial Wound Gel also provides antibacterial debridement of sloughy and necrotic tissue in a timely and effective manner. It helps to quickly remove malodor and provides a moist wound healing environment, decreasing damage and pain during dressing changes.
