The Story

Atrauman Wound Dressing features a fine mesh structure and smooth surface, designed to help prevent wound adhesion while allowing exudate to flow through the pores. The soft cloth conforms to the wound bed, allowing for greater conformability in difficult-to-dress areas. It contains neutral triglycerides, which keep the wound edges soft and supple, preventing the wound from drying out and causing discomfort. Atrauman is a non-irritating and non-sensitizing material that is highly permeable to air and water vapour.

It contains no Vaseline or Paraffin and can be worn for up to 7 days without causing wound residue or clogging pores. Atrauman Wound Dressing also prevents granulation tissue from penetrating the dressing, which improves non-adhesive properties and reduces pain and trauma during removal.
