KerraCel is an absorbent, supple, and conformable caboxmethyl celluose (CMC) dressing that can be used on a variety of exuding wounds. When moistened, it transforms into a gel which conforms to the wound bed and forms a tight seal.

It is highly absorbent and seals in exudate effectively, preventing the injured skin from macerating. It can also be easily removed from the wound bed in one piece for user convenience.
