The UrgoStart Plus Border Dressing combines a polyabsorbent fibre pad infused with a Protease inhibitor (TLC-NOSF Healing Matrix) and a silicone border with a waterproof backing. It’s TLC-NOSF healing matrix reduces excess matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), rebalancing the wound and making it close faster, resulting in quicker healing.

UrgoStart Plus dressings are appropriate for all stages of wound healing, from de-sloughing to complete recovery. They are especially helpful for oozing wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and various chronic acute wounds.
