Kliniderm Foam Dressing is a soft, flexible polyurethane foam dressing with a waterproof film covering, designed to be used under compression bandaging. Kliniderm Foam Dressings are classified into three types: heel, non-border, and border - this product is the non-border version. They keep the wound moist at all times to promote faster healing.

Kliniderm Foam Dressings are exceptionally soft, comfy, and absorbent. They feature a high permeability to allow for fast vapour transfer and act as a bacterial barrier to prevent infection and further tissue damage. It is suitable for use as a secondary dressing on cavity wounds and under compression bandaging. It is available in three varieties and can remain in place for up to seven days.
